Maybe he respects you more than that. It's not always a bad thing that a guy doesn't make a move on you. If you are in a relationship then you already know he is attracted to you, so that's not an issue. Maybe he is just waiting until the right time. Or maybe he believes in abstance until marriage. Are you sure it's a relationship? They may not feel it's any more then friendship and harmless flirting. Both of you should be careful if you do have a sexual relationship. They could get fired for harassment, and you could too. In this day and age of harassment in America, it doesn't matter if you are male or female, boss or underling. Both of you can get burned if you do more then the other party is willing to do. If you want to have sex with your manager, move to France. In my last business trip there, the French laughed at our harassment laws. |

Maybe he's not that into you. But you should be careful how you act around him. He could fire you and plus you shouldn't mix work with pleasure. And plus dating your boss or anyone at work never works out. Maybe he's a respectful guy and is just being patient with you. Maybe you should make the first move or tell him how you feel. |

He's stupid to be involved with a subordinate in the first place. I guess the relationship, as it is, is meeting some need and he does not have to go the whole way with you. He respects his wife too much and might not be able to live with his conscience if he had sex with you. You sound like somebody of easy virtue!!
