Life is what you make of it. I don't believe that is a cruel joke nor a waste of time. It can be if that is what you want it to be, but I don't. My life is complete and I enjoy every minute of it. |

I'd say life is a little too complex and diverse to effectively sum up with either of those terms. At times, a cruel joke. At times, a waste of time. At times, a mysterious and beautiful phenomenon. In any case, something whose purpose and value, if any, we can't truly define objectively. Ultimately, I'd say it's the same as everything else in the universe. Just something that happened. All in all, I'm enjoying it, so far. Sorry that you don't seem to be doing the same. |
