I've got a great business plan that i've run over with my professors, professionals in that field, and its solid. An almost guaranteed success. But... I don't qualify for a small business loan because i have very few assets. I have two separate parties who want to invest in this.

However, I do not want to sacrifice control. The way they both want the agreements to work, they front the finances, i do all the work, and we are 50/50 partners.

I'm fine with an investor making back a lucrative amount on their investment. Hell, I'll get em back double whatever they put in.

but after two-three years, they'll have thier money back, doubled, and then some. and I'll still be doing 100% of the work. And that'll keep going on indefinitely. After so long of that, I'll feel like im being cheated a little.

SO. How do I get someone to invest in this without sacrificing ownership?

i completely understand that. The initial financing at my current income would take me yeaaaarrrrsss to save up for. Im wondering if theres some kind of contract that, in the event of my failure, all assets of the company would transfer to them (and within just a few months the assets will have grown, in addition to being able to liquidate easily).

Its a safe investment even if i fail, as long as it takes me more than 3 or 4 months to do so.
