Yes, but not much more than the denomination.
Probably about the same if the bill isn't wrinkled or folded...if it isn't "brand new." |

Well, is it fake?
If it's offset a bit, I don't think it's worth anything more than $20.
There was a local coin shop selling wheat back pennies for $.05. Their worth: $.01 :) |

is it a fake? if not check collectors or the bank. |

does it have the normal security features like the water mark and the string in it that says twenty 20? if not it could be a counterfeit, in which it would not be worth anything. You can take it to a bank to get checked out. |

Many of these types of bills get out into circulation. UNLESS it is a crisp, uncirculated or 'mint' condition bill, it's worth $20.
You could try selling it on eBay, but it won't be worth $25,300. Or you could try selling it on eBay. Otherwise keep it as a novelty.

The first thing I would do is th make sure that it is authentic and not counterfeit. If it is real then take it to a coin shops and get several estimates on the value. You may want to go in and say that you are looking to purchase a bill like the one you have, that way you can get an idea of what they sell for not just what the coin shop will give you for the bill. |

You might want to try eBay and search to see if there are any like it. If so what are they selling for....I think I would personally be afraid to sell it since that bill will be for all time tied to you. I would probably try to get rid of that Bill in a more anonymous way. It might be counterfeit.
Rip off a corner of it and see how it responds to water....if it is fake, get it back into the register and send it on its way. If you are caught with/passing that bill you could be charged at the very least it will be confiscated from you. |

If it is real, it is worth something.
If it is fake counterfeit bill, it's worth nothing. |

They can be worth a lot. If it's a genuine misprint it could be worth up to $2000. |
