I'd personally seek other sources. He may be a lawyer, but if he is fresh out of college he could be paying back some major loans himself. Also, he may be tied up with bills buying all of the nice stuff, livin' the high life! |

I would not advise mixing loans with family matters. If the business went bust and you couldn't pay, trouble and resentment would begin which may cause a family rift. Better to try to get a federally subsidized loan for a new small business. |
