90% of the time place don't ask for my id when using my credit card, so yeah you could. Some fast food restaurants do not even require signatures. |

Technically, no you should not be able to but as long as they don’t check and see who you are you’ll just go though the checkout with out any problems. If you do get carded and they check your ID the worst they can do is just not let you buy whatever is was you were going to get. Talk to you Dad about making you an authorized user on you card then you won’t have any problems. |

Alot of people will assume it's you, but they may not let you if they ask for ID (unless you're named for your dad). Your dad should get another card with your name on it. You can do that on an existing account, he should have you added. |

I think it depends if you have his permission to buy what you want and how much he gave you to spend.
If you have his permission and sign his name on the receipt, i don't think there would be any problem. |
