For everything that he withholds from you, withhold something from him, until he decides to share. I don't just mean sex, there are many things you could not give him that would make him feel as if he were missing something important from his life, which is probably how you feel with no money of your own.
You could refuse to cook, or clean, or even have a conversation. When he comes home from work and is frustrated about something, you could refuse to listen to his problems. Eventually he'll realize it's worthwhile to share, especially if his saves him from medical/phychiatric bills further down the road due to the bottled up emotions you never allowed him to vent. |

Get a job and make your own money, its never a good idea to rely on your partner when it comes to finance because if you were to experience problems in your relationship you would have no way to finance yourself. |

well do like my wife does and everytime she goes to the grocery store or something take a couple of extra dollars and put it away but dont be greedy or he will find out and start wondering where it is. my wife has been dong it for about 5 years and has quite a bit of money saved up so i know that it works. |

It's a little bit tricky.
You should make plans, big plans that will convert his money into fixed assests like: home renovation or build new one, kids school budgeting and insurance, vehicles or else. You should show this with all of your persuasion power to your husband. Tell the importance of your proposals.
Don't mention money for the daily needs. He already know this and it will only distract his vision to your plans.
From this point on, you have to ensure that you're included as the beneficiary of the assets. So you don't have to worry where the money goes.
I don't think that your husband cheating you, maybe he was only worry if you spend all the money unwisely. I know some husbands do the same thing.
Hopefully, he will see your plans clearly and begin to understand the use of the money.
