It's a scam...don't click on any links it gives you and don't answer any questions.... it's a pathetic way of digging up ones personal information to gain access to their private accounts and assume identities.

- And.. they could have asked you send some Dollars or Pounds to despatch the money to you.
- Is not it...?
- Even i have got and color Photo copy of the 10 million dollar worth cheque.
- A few of my friends also.
- and tell me whats the need and necessity to despatch such a huge money to you across the nations even though the so called winners address, identity and authentication is not confirmed.
- Believe in hard work and luck throgh genuine and know source.
- If you really won it then make a return commitment to 100 times the despatch cost and restrain from sending money to them before getting the money from them.
- Hope you got a clarity now.
- all the best.

I'm pretty sure it's a scam. They entice you by saying you this and that but in the end they will ask you to pay for something (probably saying that it's for a donation, verification, paperwork, and other ****). And if you fall for that then, well, say bye-bye to your cash.
In addition, i have receive an e-mail from an so-called Japan lottery organization saying that i won some $100M and clearly that was ****. i didn't sign up for anything, and i did a search on the internet and clearly it is a hoax and a scam by some up-to-no-good people.
Hope this answers your question.
