I am sorry your knee hurts so much. That stinks. So does mine from time to time, like going up stairs. Sometimes I yell as it grabs me bad.
There's some good advice here, in amongst all the "funny" remarks, for focussing your mind elsewhere. Hope some of it helps you. I will be thinking of you. I think it is pretty admirable you can keep a sense of humor when you are hurting. A lot of people would just lash out in anger at everyone. |
