A quick easy way to profit from that would be to start your own landscaping service. Very low start up cost, and you dont have to be a genius to get it done. |

Buy investment property NOW before prices go up. It's a good idea to buy when a project is at phase 1 and not yet built. By the time it's finished, prices have gone up yet again and you can sell it relatively quickly for a nice profit.
Also, becoming a loan officer is a good way to continue to make money in the real estate market. |

You could buy then sell a house...or better yet all these people are moving into your area, where the heck are these people going to shop, eat, get gas. Commercial real estate would be better. |

If it is at all possible buy property. Even if you buy it in the area that right now is concidered out in the middle of nowhere, when those houses are filled with families your town will grow into that nowhere area very quickly. Then the people who own that property will benefit greatly. |
