Diet, exercise and stress could all be factors. If you know, for sure that you are not pregnant then I wouldn't worry about it too much. But, if another month goes by and still no sign of it, I'd call the doctor right away. |

Have we already eliminated the obvious answers related to age? Too young to menstruate? Or old enough that menopause has set in? And you're not on the Pill or just coming off of it?
If you're in your menstruating years, it's possible that you're undergoing stress that you skip a period without getting pregnant.
Or your period could just be very late. |

There are many possibilities including, but not limited to, a hormone deficiency, a thyroid problem, and obesity. See your gynecologist. |

Maybe you missed it and it's being irregular which is normal.
Or maybe you're anorexic, anorexic people lose their periods. |

how do you know you are not pregnant? urine test are not 100% right,..
but if you are positive that you do not have your period it could be because you are stressing about not getting it |

how old are u? if u r over 35 u could b going through pre menopause stuff or u can miss it. |
