One Step Ahead
I don't think so, but go can go to your local bank and ask to speak to the Operation Manager.

take it to a bank and see if they will exchange it. if not they will tell you what needs to be done.

Take it your bank and see if they will replace it.

Your best bet is to take it to a bank and ask them.

Each half has the same serial number. I think you need both serial numbers.

Actually, I'm pretty sure you have to have 52% to trade it in. . . .
Go With Snoopy
Go to the bank, I think as long as 75 % is still intact its swappable.

How can you forget about half of 50 dollars? They need over 50%

its still legal tender at the bank , they can give you a new bill

Depending on which side you have, yes ! The bank will give you a new $50 bill if you got lucky enough to be left with the correct half. One side is worth $50, and the other side is worth $ 0. Take it to the bank, and they'll tell you which side you have.
