Friends are usually going to be kind to you, but that doesn't mean they'll lie! If they found you unattractive they probably wouldn't call you ugly, because they are your friends after all, but they also probably wouldn't lie and tell you that you're pretty.
I've had quite a few friends tell me I'm nice looking, but I've never been told I'm a good singer (I can't sing!) ... I think you probably really are pretty and a good singer. |

They could be. If you want to know if you are a good singer for sure go to an open mike night and sing. You will find out how good you are by how the crowd responds. |

they could be just being nice but my friends say that to me to and i think there not lying cause the dj turns my voice up and the music down when i sing cause he says my voice has range...i dont know...i dont think i have a good voice....ask one of your close friends and tell them to be really honest with you...maybe you'll find out that way.. |

the same things happened to me, when I sing in front of my friends, they always say i am a good singer, so when i told my mom, she told me that I shouyld sing in frfon of a crowd of people that are not all my friends, so I did, and I got to do three encores!!! |

Does it matter? being pretty and a good singer aren't important - being nice and caring is more important - especially to friends - any friends constantly looking for confirmation can get irritating... |
