When you pick up the post , do you whip open each letter immediately, or stare at each one and inspect the outside thoroughly, post mark ,,address etc. wondering who on earth it`s from then finally open it up.. |

tend to do a bit of both, leave boring ones and open what I am not sure about . Do look at post marks sometimes.
I have a letter opener as I always used to rip contents and it is much quicker to get inside. |

I always check postmark or return address 1st, gives me a clue whether it's good or bad news!!

depends if I don't know the name of the person or the company I inspect it very carefully, If I know the name of the person and the hand writing looks a little different I inspect it.
letters from my sister have a certain look and feel as well as handwriting with them I don't need to inspect. |
