If you were the highest bidder on an item that did not have a Reserve then you won the item and the seller is obligated to sell it to you. If the seller refuses and there is not a Reserve you will be able to file a complaint through ebay and leave negative feedback which reflects in the sellers feedback ratings. |

yes but if they have any amount of feedback at all they won;t risk losing it or getting kicked off the site for not selling, you should be fine, file a dispute if they do something like that to you. good luck |

most sellers list the lowest amount they will take for an item...if they didn't and you won for a low amount then they have to sale it to you at the low price you bidded for it or you can report them. |

No, that's the risk a Seller has to accept when they put an item up for bidding. A seller sets a low opening bid to encourage bidding. They can set a reserve price to make sure they get a minimum price, but they must accept the final bid.
Some sellers rig the auction by padding the shipping costs. That means they add extra $$$ to the shipping cost to get more money out of the buyer. |

No, once bidding has ended then the seller has agreed to a legal and binding contract. Read the fine print! If the seller is giving your problems, I suggest you contact eBay. They are normally very quick in responds and also very helpful. |

They would not have priced it lower then they were willing to go. Check on shipping, that is where they sometimes get you. If the seller refuses to sell, you can complain the Ebay. |

it's rare but does happen if a seller doesnt get the price they really wanted. All you as the bidder need to do once you have paid and haven't received the item within a reasonable amount of time open a Item Not Received Claim. |

Well Say he has a Reserve Price. And if the bid he wants to reach is higher then the bidded price he doesnt have to sell it. But if there isnt a reserve price he has to sell it or mess around with you. Example. Winning Bid is 100$ His reserve is saved up to 200$.Doesnt have to SELL |

Has the seller actually told you they weren't going to sell because the price is too low? If so, then notify ebay.
Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.
(I hope you checked the seller's feedback prior to bidding, though. If it's less than 95%, I wouldn't bid). |

NO! Once it is sold, no matter what price you have to pay and the seller HAS to sell! That's what so great about ebay, they have heaps of rules! :) |

Nope, they can't. It's a contract, you win it, you pay for it, you get it. doesn't matter if it ended at $1.00 or $1000. |
