Uhm... no sex I guess. Seems like a pretty big one. Also, and more importantly, if these are maids, why isn't this an exotic cleaning service as opposed to a dance service one? Are they going to be cleaning *and* dancing while doing all this? Anyways, if this is a serious albeit bizarre question, I did say the no sex rule to be serious too - not funny, otherwise this is not a "exotic (whatever insert here) service" but instead just a cover up prostitution service. Think long and hard about this. You may know this is legitimate, but the authorities are going to assume you're fronting a prostitution service. You are going to be under a microscope for everything you do.
Even if your intentions are good, if one of your girls breaks the rules and crosses the line, you will be held responsible. Even if you 'strongly discourage' that type of activity, you will still go to jail.
Think about it, if a girl is tempted by money so much that she's willing to take off her clothes and clean somebody's home, chances are she's willing to go a little further to make more money. It's unlikely she will turn down any offer the client comes up with on his own. I couldn't trust this type of person to keep me out of jail. It's so not worth it. |

I would think the same rules apply, that the strip clubs in your state have, would apply.
hopfuly you can train your maids how to react to all situations that could put them in harms way, and supply them with pepper spray key chains.

i think it would be necessary (for the protection of the maids) to have a male security guard there at all times to make sure nothing bad happens to them...
maybe a rule about how far away the client must be (ie a "no touching" rule is fine, but maybe they'll stick their face/hands like an inch away from the girl) |

not sure but i know that strippers in clubs, the rules are that the clients cant touch them or they get kicked out. i saw a true life-type of episode somewhere once and the guy started trying to touch her and stuff and he got kicked out because its sexual harassment, which i think you should expect when you do that for money..what do you do exactly? and i know sex isnt allowed. then it turns into prostitution. but i think what youre doing is already a type of prostitution

I think there are some great suggestions! I like the idea about not letting the clients walk them to their car, etc... Additionally, I think that they should only be able to make the housecalls in a company vehicle-- that way the client will not see their personal vehicle. I also think they should use faux names like-- "Kelly, Kandy, Kassi, Mercedes", etc... Don't use their real names. I also like the idea of the male bodyguard-- thats a must! ... If you can't do the bodyguard or maybe even in addition to the body guard make it mandatory that your employees take 2 self defense classes a year or every 6 months, etc..

No touching. Probably want to have something to make sure they aren't crowding their space, i.e. must be at least 5 feet away at all times. I suppose you have to decide if you want to restrict the client's behavior, i.e. would you be okay with them being naked and/or masturbating while the service was being provided?
Legally, you may want to consider putting something in that says windows must have blinds or curtains and they must be closed or you could run the risk of an indecent exposure charge. |
