She can use the points on her card to buy from sainsburys and argos and other stores 5000 points will be £25 just hand over card and ask to pay with it its easy and visit nectar web-site for more info. |

She can use the points for treats which are shown in a booklet Nectar send her. Or use the points to pay off shopping at Sainsbury's, just present her card at checkout and ask for the points to used to pay for shopping.
But remember the points are more valuable when used for treats and less when used instead of cash for shopping. |

You get better deals using the point rather than just cashing them in, but there has been lots of bad press recently about the scheme.
You can just present it at the till like cash. It's great.
