Paypal shouldn't charge you if the seller was at fault, that's why we use eBay and Paypal, buyer protection. I'd look a little closer at the policy |

I agree with Tiff, they shouldn't be charging you. I've had to use Paypal to recover my money. Took a bit of time, but no problem. Be persistent, and recheck with Paypal about that. |

I had same experiance with ebay. I purchased a set of DVD's worth about £25 pound. I never recieved anything from seller. When opened a dispute I was told the seller is not registered anymore with ebay. Now if I make claim I will get may be 6 -7 pounds after their charges. Hassle not worth taking But this attitude of ebay encourages these sellars on ebay to cheat people and dont get caught. If you can take the claim so that the person is brought to justice. |

Only Paypal has the power to get your money back. Ebay isn't going to help you. |

You should be able to get your money from paypal. be carefull when buying verify sellers before you bu contact them on their phone which you can get from member contact info |

I took a dispute out through paypal and very quickly got my money back, but they do say it can take a long time.
Stick with it, PayPal also have an insurance, so if you don't get the money back from the seller, you should through the insurance. |

Keep following it up through Paypal, its got an insurance fund that it pays the claims from...that's why u use it in the first place.

I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL IN THE PAST AS WELL. THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS PAY PAYPAL TO RESEARCH IT AND LOOSE A LITTLE MONEY OR DO NOTHING AND LOOSE IT ALL. NOW DEPENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY MAY DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR YOU. |

I have had the same problem. If you paid with a credit card through Paypal, Notify your credit card company. They will refund your money from the seller. I received very little help from Ebay and Paypal. I won't buy anything on Ebay unless it is with my credit card. They have always helped alot so I've never lost any money. Good luck! |
