Are you serious? Is this a serious question? Because seriously, your friend should run to the American Embassy, or whatever country's embassy that she's from! Even if she doesn't have her passport, she can call the citizen's emergency hot line, and report that she was robbed of her passport and that she needs emergency help in getting back to the States (or whatever country she's from). Seriously, traveling people should have this kind of info up their sleeve, in case of emergency. I can't understand how anybody can travel to another country without knowing what to do in case of an emergency or a loss of passport! |
