How much do you spend on butts? Add that up, how much is it per week, per month, per year? Now imagine putting that into an interest bearing savings account or certificate of deposit. Imagine leaving it there till you retire. Imagine retiring with all that money. Imagine you didn't have to spend money on medical bills for lung problems. NO, don't drink your own urine either - they are both unhealthy! But try drinking water every time you want a cigarette. After a week without cigarettes write in your journal how much money you've saved. Keep on writing down the benefits of not smoking - like being healthier, not being at risk of lung cancer and a dozen other serious illnesses. You'll taste your food better. You'll have lots more cash to spend on things you won't take home and burn! Good luck. The first week is the worse - after a month - you're a non-smoker - with loads of cash! |
