You know, I once wanted to have a pizza in Jersey, so I called Domino's pizza. I was starving and figured I'd eat my pizza before I rush to an important meeting. I called, had to type in crazy information on my dial pad, only to be answered, 5 mins later, by someone in Mexico!
If there was another pizza place that offered delivery, I would have used its services instead. I see an opportunity, and it's the best way to revenge! |

Fantastic idea. Most of them seem to work to scripts and can't deal with any probs I've ever had and never ring back when they say they will! |

I'm from the US, but I've had the same experiences that you have had.
The only problem is that I think you would have to boycott just about every large company. Outsourcing is just huge. I feel sorry for the people who lost their jobs.

I like the fact that they are cheaper than British call centres. Admittedly, some are useless, but that can be said about some British (English) speaking staff too. The cost to my phone bill, insurance, banking, fuel bills, etc would increase a huge amount if all the call centre staff were paid on the British minimum wage. |
