Maybe there is something deeper there for the reason why you haven't stopped drinking. There are other programs besides AA. It doesn't seem to be working for you, why don't you try another one. |

If you have been in and out for 9 years, You ain't done, and you know it!
What's it gonna take bro? How many more DUI's can you take? How many more times do you need to be kicked to the curb by friends? I know your family is probably done with you. I sat in meetings hammered for 19 months before the misery finally kicked my a$$! Get a hard-a$$ sponsor and do the deal, that is if you are ready. If not, keep coming back anyway.
Don't leave 5 minutes before the miracle happens.
sOme_kind.. What do you know? There are those kinds of groups, then there are groups that actually have a REAL solution. Don't listen to those idiots, stick with the winners man, you know that's it takes. |

Yes. You can only do so much at one time. Maybe you weren't ready to get clean at those times. Keep on going. You never know, this might be the time it helps you. Good luck. HAVE FAITH! |

no you shouldn't go back to AA because that's just a bunch of former alcoholics talking about when they were drunk, and the whole 12 steps and being sponsored is just too much bullmud to deal with... that's not much support if you ask me... if you're serious about quiting drinking then you should consult a doctor about getting on antabuse (disulfarim)... get your bloodwork done to see what kind of condition your liver is in and if your liver is good then you can get on antabuse... you won't want to drink on that stuff... trust me... |
