This is a typical scam.

They will send you a money order for more than they owe you.

They will tell you to send them the difference minus a small handling fee for your efforts.

The problem is that the money order is fake. It is not worth the money it is printed on.

I would refuse their purchase and report them to whatever online servicde (eBay??) you are using to sell your items.

No, no, and NO! It's not a good idea to sell to anyone out of the country; there is no way to verify their credentials. Lots of darned scams goin' on out there. Forewarned is forearmed - be very careful in your dealings.
