Would you be willing to gamble on whether or not they'd do it again? I think if the punishment fit the crime, there'd be less of it. If a rapist was conviced and then was raped, you think that they would feel inclined to do it again, now knowing the pain that their victim endured? You think people would murder if they themselves would be murdered for it?
And to LadyInOhio, I have the same theory but with a wooden table and a hatchet. Set the house on fire and tell them that they have to cut it off to live or burn to death. |

believe it or not but thats the option for sex offenders in south carolina.jail or castration. should be that in all states and countries. andy 69 when they castrate you you not only lose the ability to do it you lose the desire also.that is why they neuter pets |

YES..I agree with that. Another method would be to nail there p...is to a log and give him a knife, the ask him if he wants to live or die; because you will set the log on fire and he would burn to death, or he himself can choose to cut IT off and live...!!! |

i think they should but then again i don't... just because they can't get it up don't mean the feeling is going to go away they will end up using other things other than there penis. they will eventually get frustrated and start killing.. i would rather be raped then killed!! this is just my thinking.. |

CUT IT OFF!! If you can't use it correctly, then you shouldn't be able to use it at all. Why not put them all on a little uncharted island and let them hash it out for themselves? I for sure do not want any more of my tax dollars to go towards supporting the pizza eating, cable watching, three-square-meals-a-day, bench pressing child rapists - they have it better in there than most upstanding citizens do!! Which brings up my question... how can a citizen of the US fight the system regarding these issues? |
