I think there was once life on Mars. It has been a big topic of debate ever since the idea of life existing came up. Since there was/is water on Mars there was a good chance that life existed there. If it did we do not know at what stage it existed at. |

At one point, maybe. Right now, I seriously, seriously doubt it. The average air temperature on Mars is about twice as low as the coldest place on earth, but animals could have gotten around that. The atmospere is barely 2% of earth's, and there's a slight chance something could have gotten around that. The sun provides very little light and almost no heat, that's a problem, and something could very well have gotten around that problem. Put them all together, though, and you have yourself a near-impossible chance of evolution. Unless of course it was colonized!

I believe that the planets are being cycled into the sun, Venus was like Earth...Move ahead a couple of million years
Earth will be like Venus, Mercury will be engulfed by the Sun and Mars will be a new Earth, After Mars Jupiter will be the biggest life barer, just a thought. |
