I have the opportunity to take a new job that will require me to work longer hours with a much higher level of responsibilty. My pay will double but I also have to drive double the distance - I will have to buy a new vehicle - my old truck just can't do it - I will have more people depending on me - I will have four employee's and a six day a week work week.

I stay where I am the master of my own domain - the power beind the thrown, if you will. I make an hourly rate while the new job is a promotion in the company going to a salary and some possible bonuses. I am an hour away from home as compared to twenty minutes. I like my job now and this is the next step in the corporate ladder - I have my own company and it is beginnig to grow - in five years I plan to be complaetely self sufficient - not a zillionaire but pretty well off. If I take the promotion I will be succesful but not able to give as much time to my own company. so immediate success or long term success - I need advice
