Break the project into work teams. Always have a full project meeting once a week(everyone) and team meetings daily (usually just a few minutes). Connect team leaders with an Instant Message program so that they can keep in touch with the project director and that they can keep up to date on progress, deadlines and project changes. Usually certain areas of a project turn out to be more work than anticipated or has some type of hold up that slows the cycles of the other teams. I find that having a floating team or at least a few "Top Guns" that I can drop in on a slow team to speed things along. The "Top Gun" helps, but his presence there usually kick starts a slow team. |

I would refuse to do any work until someone in authority signed off on a set deadline. If they will change the deadline, they'll change the project requirements and any work you'd have done up to that point will have been for naught.
And I'd find people who don't seem to care about doing things four or five or ten times just to satisfy the whim of a confused executive (eg most of the other people answering this question) and get them to do the work for me while I sit in meetings to discuss changing project requirements and take long lunch breaks, while I send my resume out to other companies. |

I would have to make sure I had a strategy on time, but first of all I would prioritize the deadlines and then divide my time wisely to finish the projects.. |

I am assuming the deadline is being brought forward?? I guess that I would explain to whoever was in charge that the new deadline would affect the product quality unless certain concessions were made. Decide what you need to get the job done and then deliver your request. Alternativly, ask if you can deliever a slightly less developed product or if they have considered bringing other people on board. Sometimes they want a TOTAL project done early but your part is brought forward because of that...for instance if advertising or training or marketing could get started early by you scheduling an earlier meeting before your actual part was finished then the new deadline could be accomodated but your aspect of the project may get a little more time. Hope that helps. Republish with more information if you need more feedback. |

Determine the importance of the different things you have to do, and work in them in order. Also, you could get some help from your partners/classmates, etc. and dellegate some of the work, just in case.
As for stress, you should breathe deeply and try to relax your muscles, I guess. Working out and having sex works also.
Hope I was helpful. |
