Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons or Asda?
Which do you prefer and why?

Tesco - they deliver to me, so I don't have to leave the house :)

I don't shop at any of them as the food quality is crap and they rip you off.
I shop at Waitrose, a partnership not a capitalist behemoth. Food quality is excellent and although you might pay a penny more per pound, it works out better value for money.

Chav Princess
Sainsbury's - it's closest to my flat.

Keira H
Sainsbury's, for their So Organic range, which is cheap but really good. Also, they have a good selection of Veggie stuff.

I hate Asda - the shelves are always bare and my local one is frequented by massive numbers of chavs running you over with baby buggies.

Tesco is closest so I prefer that - otherwise Sainsbury xxx

Asda for most of it.
Meat from Tesco or Sainsburys.
Fruit and Veg from the Greengrocers.

Quite alot of running around, but I'm quite skint!!

I use them all at different times. I particularly like Sainsbury's. But above all of them is Waitrose. Top Class!

kookshow
I like Sainsburys, but it a little expensive.
I like Tescos, but Asda is cheaper
Dont have a Morrisons near me, but i've heard its a good supermarket for fresh stuff

I would use any one that has a good gluten free range, Sainsbury's not to bad, tesco's can't seem to get there act together, one week they have something and the next week they don't, they seem to have stopped doing the gluten free pitta breads completely, bummer.

zan
I like Asda food better then Tesco and they do better reduction sections.

I like Tesco because if they over charge you at the till you can get a full refund and keep the item.

just ask jo
tescos on line easier

Well we always shop in Aldi first as their goods are a lot cheaper and are very good for the price,as they don't stock everything we finish off In Tesco,as they have a wider range

Christine
Tesco

Tesco's primarily location but if it was equidistant still becuase it does better range I find , and they have some middle ground stuff as oppossed to sainsbury's which has either gormet or basic

Tony BinEye
MORRISONS ! Good prices, and I just love their roast chickens, and their salad bar is great!

Tesco because they give you points which you can use to get discount on holiday and theme parks.

I go to Tesco and Asda, but Asda is cheaper.

Asda, simply because the biggest one in the UK is just down the street from me, it's a 5 minute walk away and it offers the best value for money!

Within the next 50 years these shops will be obsolete, due to people shopping on-line, its predicted that the small corner shop will return

None, any more. I decided in November last year to stop handing my hard-earned cash over to massive corporate entities. I go to a local greengrocers for all my fruit and veg - they also sell tinned goods (organic tomatoes and soup), and things like oatflakes and dried fruit (for my home made muesli). I buy recycled paper toilet and kitchen rolls in my tiny local Co-op (the only remotely ethical supermarket). I get my organic, chemical free household cleaning stuff (some Ecover, some other brands) from the vegan independent store at the bottom of my road). I think the last thing I had to buy from a supermarket were some filter cartridges for my water filter but I have just found that I can get generic ones online from an ethical company. So hopefully my supermarket days are completely over now!

Sainsburys still attract people with more money than sense. Tesco is catching up though. No Morrisons or Asda near. I like Lidl's for basics, I don't feel ripped off.

Experian Agent.
Sainsbury`s it`s not full off tacky crap

Chris B
Small shop ASDA, big shop. Tesco Extra!

Coco
Asda - Because it is cheaper and i used to work in the warehouse for george and got discounts, my mum still works there.

tesco is taking over the world, i mean come on! credit cards! mobile phones! insurance! and ive heard that they are going to do toys argos style soon!!! ridiculous. just be a supermarket for gods sake.

morrisons is good for bread and fresh stuff. thats about it. :)

sainsbury's is just expensive and there's no need for it, its the same food as tesco and asda.

so i would say asda is best. but seeing as there isnt one in huddersfield centre i have to use tesco and sainsburys. sainsburys is closer.
