I'll take: Ibuprofen 200mg
Taking a warm bath or a hot water bottle encourages the muscles to relax
Eating a healthy diet, as constipation has an effect on the pain
Yoga to relax the muscles .

Try using midol or a cramp or pain reducer such as tylenol, advil, etc. I do exercises when I'm on my period because it helps to relax and stretch ot your muscles because cramps are just your vaginal muscles tightening I'd say try aerobics, yoga, or medicine. |

I drink hot milk with lots of cinnamon
Take a pill
Go to bed
Tip: There's Arabian herbs called "Bardakoosh" helps much when boiled in water.. I tried it myself and it's great but I've no idea if you have it at your country?!
You can find it at Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Emirates, Kuwait, Egypt...
best of luck dear :") |

I get periods really bad where I throw up or even faint. Years ago I realized a way to stop the pain and symptoms. As soon as I realize I started my period, quickly I take 2 Aleve, it works in about 25- 30 min. and releaves pain better than Advil or anything else I notice. Also, after taking that, drinking hot tea of your choice soothes the pain as well as lite exercise and eating bananas help decrease pain. And lastly, a week prior to your period, try to eat like little to no chocolate, caffeine, or sugary foods. I know it's tempting, but when the period comes, you're going to thank yourself. => |

tylenol does not work for me well it works for a while then when my cramps come back they come back worst. For my cramps I use aleve its the best stuff. And I get cramps so bad I can and have passed out temporarily . and A heating pad until the aleve kicks in |

my fav thing to do was sit in a nice hot tub of water!! When i didn't have time to do that, a heating pad or hot water bottle on my tummy worked wonders!!!! Motrin was my drug of choice when it came to that!!! When the time was right, i had all the extra parts taken out and now i don't have to deal with it anymore!!! Good Luck!!! |
