I think people need to understand that this is not something anyone chooses but it just who they are.
I think that those who are against are just ignorant and find any excuse to justify this ignorance and prejudice, like using the Bible. Those who try to use religion to comdemn homosexuality are very narrow minded and won't even except that the views of the Bible are interpreted in different ways.

its not a crime...its something youre born with...its not a disease either...its just a minority...like redheads versus brunettes...youre born with that color hair...you didnt wish it upon yourself, it just happened....plus, unlike your hair, homosexuality cant be changed or created...you cant just tell yourself to love someone if you dont actually love them...the government doesnt meddle into your love life so people should stop meddling into others...especially homosexuals where the only real difference is they cant have children with eachother, which some people, heterosexuals included, dont wish to or cannot be responsible for in the first place...will people stop with this issue of same-sex marriages being illegal and homosexuality being a sin? 1) its not a sin...read the bible correctly you ignorant imbuciles and 2)what the hell happened to tolerance and equality...all men (meaning mankind) are created equal....if there are laws preventing someone from marrying the love of their life because of the gender they both are then it should be changed because, just like women and blacks and ethnic/racial minorities, they deserve equality...not discrimination

I am not sure if this question is asking if I think about homosexuality or what I think of homosexuals, so I guess I need to answer both.
I think Homosexuals are normal people with a set of urges and desires that are shunned by society for one reason or another. Society tends to accept Lesbians more than gay men. I do not let the sexual preference of my friends stop me from loving them.
Now for the other side of the question. I have thought about homosexuality but I am not likely to act on any of these feelings myself. |

Two thoughts.
One. Scientific study has shown that people's sexuality is hard-wired. You're born with a sexual preference and there's nothing you can do about it, so no-one should be penalised or stigmatised because of it.
Two. In animal populations that come under stress due to diminishing food sources or overpopulation, the incidence of homosexuality increases, leading to the conclusion that it's a natural mechanism to help control population size. |
