I use to be depressed on my birthday all of the time, It was only because I didn't have any man to share it with, so I was really sad. You can be around friends and people who love you to make you feel better. Don't feel sad, there's plenty more birthdays to come.

What you need to do is go to a cafe, and get a good coffee, and then go see a movie. Try to forget about your life, but don't use alcohol. Just have a bit of fun.

i turned 25 in janurary and was depressed about it to .
dont worry youll feel better in a couple of days .
do what i did , call some friends , and go out !
have fun , its your birthday after all , you will only be this age once , make the best of !
