if it's warm out, wear just the skirt. but if it is cold then just the pants. Wearing a pants with a skirt is just wrong, you gotta pick one or the other.

No pants and skirt together! That just looks overdone and tacky. Capri's is the better option of the two, though I'm not a big capri person. Go for the skirt. By itself. No pants.
