Just ignore it and feel sorry for her...............Talking to her will be like talking to a wall . she just dosent get it.
Youll have bigger problems if you do say something to her. Let someone else tell her off - it wont take long |

I would just ignore it for now. If she keeps acting like she is try talking to her nicely. If she's still a ***** go to management. |

She sounds like she has issues. Why prolong it by confronting her? Forget about it and keep up the good work. |

I would just ignore her and if she comes up to you and says anything else that is rude, tell her this "If you have issues with me or anyone go tell your boss about and let me do my job". |

Don't ruin ur reputation by stooping to her level!!! She's jealous and I think u should ignore her or kill her with kindness!! |

I would tell the head honcho, just to be safe. So that you can avoid any rumors or animosity . Than just ignore her, she sounds like she has issues. That's why she's just an employee and your in management. Good Luck! |

Ignore her dude, she has issues. Don't do or say anything that you will regret in the future or might get you fired. |

You are a tree-you can bend
Let it go, right now you are at "she said", "I said"-you were alone with her, right??
If she is a true pain in the fanny, she'll screw herself
No one appreciates a tattle tail
Now, as a trainee, if someone comes to you with a complaint about her, then you will have to handle it and you will not be the bad guy...you will be doing your job..that will be a win win situation.
Patience is a virtue, just be a little patient on this one and she will hang herself. |

I would say something to her now. If you end up becoming a manager, which i would suspect b/c your in training. she will think that it is ok to speak to you in that manner once your her boss. Nip it in the bud now. just tell her you dont appreicate her comment the other day and would hope it wouldnt happen again. if it does go to the boss |

First off, do you have the authority to fire her?
If so, pull her aside and say that you have gotten several complaints from other employee's about her disrupting their work. Tell her if you continue to receive complaints about miss-conduct then you will have no choice but to fire her. |

Go tell the head honcho. She makes working environment unbearable for everyone.
I doubt very much she'll listen to you, since this type of people are very self centered and paranoid.
Maybe she'll listen to your boss, if not, he'll just fire her.
Either way, harassment will stop. |
