Okay, does this person go to the same school as you? If so, I reccomend talking to a school counselor about this, and they may be able to arrange something.
I would reccomend a restraining order, if you can get one. I don't know if you would be able to get one or not, since you are a minor, but it never hurts to look into it. Is this guy a minor as well? I don't know if a restraining order can be placed between two minors... (again, it never hurts to check). To help your case, be sure to gather all evidence and dirt against the guy that shows that he is stalking you, including witnesses, letters, etc... if he calls you or comes over to your house, write down the date and time of the contact, anything that happened, and anyone who was around at the time.
I am keeping this question on my Watch List in case you have more details that you need to add.

put a ppo on him,with the police,Take measures to protect yourself.Always be aware of things around you,Maybe get a baseball batt.And have something with you to protect yourself in case of a emergency.Get a cellphone,If you dont have one and continue to call the police when you see him around,they will eventually catch him or he will lose interest.But be ready to nail him at any time.And last .but NOT least...Pray..
