There are no jobs that will make fool proof 200k. All jobs involve a range of incomes. Although there are jobs that have a better chance of earning this amount. Among these are but are not limited too
Doctor

I am afraid that is what you exactly have to do, dont mean to be rude but maybe if you could learn spelling and grammar correctly, you could look at careers in law, medical, stockbroking - hey buddy you cant even spell dollar right. Suggest you watch 'Pursuit of Happyness" and follow Chris Gardners' story and find insight from that. A man who through adversity, downright poverty and the love for his son, became a multi millionaire through sheer determination and never taking no for an answer. Good luck with the lottery, because that is the only other way you will find that amount of money without working for it.

It is important. I don't know how good you are/are not at math. Generally Engineering/Accounting/Finance majors will make the most right out of a 4 year program. If you're so inclined medical school and then a specialization like heart or brain should get you up there in old uncle sam's highest tax bracket. Medicine, Engineering, Accounting are also pretty recession proof. If you don't like any of these, most sales jobs are for commission so the earning potential is totally up to your ability to convince people your product is the best/will fulfill a need better than the system they currently have. I think right out of college you may want to throttle your expectations back to 30-40K. ~50K with engineering.

The salary you seek is available in a large number of professions. You just need to work really hard and become very good at whatever you choose. 200K isn't much these days.
You could buy a Franchise. As an owner/operator, the income you speak of is fairly normal. This could be anything from Glass repair (like Novus), through flipping burgers (McDonalds).... it could be owning a Hotel (Days Inn) to opening your own Hair Styling place (Supercuts).
You can be middle management in a Global 500 corporation. Many of these managers need some type of technical experience in their backgrounds to lead the departments they do.
Doctors and Lawyers.... especially owning your own store front... the revenue is within reach.
