StarWars all the way because it has more action, the character designs and starships designs are far better than star trek (by the way in trek, all the ships look a like) and also starwars was the one who broke up all the rules and the collectables are way better (e.g. light sabers).
All the stories of starwars are more colorful and interesting and not to mention the visual efects, every body knows that Starwars made a revolution with its visual effects and Lucas has ILM wich is a major visual effects studio for todays hollywood movies, like pirates of the caribean and a lot more, also PIXAR Animation Studios came out from Jorge Lucas' franchise.
