Try finding another business that may lead people back to your construction company. For instance, I sell plants and put my plant advertisement on the back of my real estate card. When someone buys plants, I give them a card. There is a guy that I see at the flea market that sells wodden planters made out of construction scraps. When people stop, he tells them about his construction company and shows them a sample of his work....a nice planter. He makes a few sales so it is free advertising except for his time. |

Go to a baseball or basketball game with your company banner placed upside down on the back of your head.
Then while you're bobbing prospects, you should notice a swift increase in your customer base. Make sure to cover every section before the game ends.
Is that creative enough?
Good luck |

Join the local Chamber of Commerce or the Builders' Association. They often have events that get you out there. They may have a small fee for these events, but they're usually open to the public and can generate lots of business.
Another way - sponsor a Little League team or a team to do a 5K Charity Walk. (Like the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in the Fall.) You usually get your name/logo on the back of the T-shirts for your team. |

Do direct mailing to your targeted market. Write them sales copy that sells your business.
A great place to find information on this is the Glazer Kennedy Inner Circle website, they are the bee's knee's for anything direct marketing. |

first: you put the custimer on a claud from the moment he inters to the moment he leaves, but with honesty, that is because one custimer bring two and so on.
second: put a sign that is catchy and gives a good idea about your business. |
