Evolution and Creation can co-exist. It may be difficult to believe that our distant ancestors were apes, but why is it not equally difficult to believe that God created man on a whim out of dirt. Here's the deal: God created the earth in seven (7) days. One (1) day to God could be a million years to us, so who's to say that the creation of man and earth was not a gradual event planned that way by God. The Bible, which was written by man, just made it easy for people of the day to understand how we came into existence. When the Bible was written, people would not have been able to comprehend the concept of a process taking millions of years. Science and religion can live together, so everyone get off your damn high horse. |

no! no! no! I believe in whats called "micro-evolution" where a speices can evolve into another species (like a caterpillar to a butterfly). "macro-evolution" is one speices to another... all 'evidence' of monkeys evolving into humans probably is just a monkey to a diffrent monkey. I believe in God and that he created humans. We are too complex to have happend by chance. |

No, i believe that God created us. I mean, every part of creation has so much detail and is perfectly made to interact with everything else, i dont see how that could have just been chanced on by evolution. on top of that, i really dont want to believe that I came from a monkey. eww. |

NO! Read Genisis 1:1 It says : In the begining God created the haevens and the earth. And, as you read further down into the chapter, you will find that apes, monkeys whatever, and man were there at the same time!! |

For those of who say no and point to creation, what makes you think God lacks the power to come up with something as detailed and intricate as evolution? What makes you think His powers only allow him to go *poof..there's life*?
As for "evolved from monkeys," no, we did not evolve from the monkeys we see now. We, and the monkeys, had the same primal root, we evolved from a primate millions of years ago. |

i dont believe we evolved from apes.. but i dont believe the bible as well. the bible was just soemthing someone wrote.. and it has change millions of times.. besides who was there when the first bible was written? none of us.. thats for sure.. and whos to say that one day you will find out that the bible was a bunch a bs that someone one wrote..and it just took off from there?.. im just saying.. |
