Were do you live and what is it like there?

i live in a boring little town in Arkansas

Puerto Rico, raining right now, but usually it has a very tropical climate, neither hot or cold >_>

i live in hibbing, MN and it is soooooo cold! its fun though but there is not much here...you have to go a couple towns over to catch some real fun

I live in Madrid, and let me tell you that life here is great, there are many sites to visit, people are friendly. The only bad thing is that weather in this season is very cold.

I live in a house that my husband and I helped to build through Habitat For Humanity. I live in central Wisconsin, which is very cold at this time of the year. We have about 2 inches of snow on the ground...not enough for snowmobiling or skiing. Our town is a very small city of about 2000 people. It's a very laid back area, with lots of retired people. Our school system has about 900 kids, with an almost brand new high school & grade school. There's not a whole lot to do in the winter around here when the snow is so small. The kids will skateboard, when the temperature gets in the 40's. Most of the time, they hang out in the city park, where the basketball hoops are. We have an almost new library, with lots of computers for the internet. I've lived in this area since I was 14, graduating from this high school. I really like this area, except for one thing. The old folks don't want to see industry come into this area because they like how quiet everything is and don't want to see loads of people flock in to get the jobs. So, they get on the county board and stop many companies from coming here, keeping this community poor. Almost all of our graduates have to move out of the area to get a job because of this. So, I would suggest to all you who are young...stay in your hometown and make a difference. Get involved and be on the school board & county board. YOU are OUR future. You, bored-in-Arkansas, do something about why you're bored. Get the best grades you can, graduate, then get involved in your community. Make sure your town isn't run totally by old folks, and people that don't want to change. If you want your area to grow, you HAVE to keep the young employed. I'm sorry for getting past the question you were asking. I tend to get long winded, especially when I'm passionate about something, which is a lot of things. I really hope you can find something to get you past your boredom. <*)))><

I LIVE IN TORONTO , CANADA. I ENHOY A LOT , THERE ARE ALOT OF ACTIVITIES . LEISURE TIME , PLUS , SCHOOL IS FUN. I CHILLD WITH MY FRIENDS WE STUDY , PLAY BASKETBALL , SWIM AND WATCH MOVIES IN THE CINEMAS.
I THINK IT IS FUN.
