I hated being a long distance company telemarketer....you sit in a cubicle for eight hours annoying people having them curse you out and hang up on you and they make you read this awful script and even when the person says I'm not interested you keep on reading till they hang up, will never do that again....I feel bad for those telemarketers that call me because I know what there going through, just remember they don't want to do it, they just get paid to do it....God bless |

Working at a fast-food restaurant. The bosses were OK, but the owner was a real PITA; he wanted $10/hr labor for $2/hr. I was fired after 3 weeks because the owner didn't think I worked fast enough; made up my mind then and there that that would be the last time I get fired from any job because of perceived incompetence. I've never been fired from any job since.
The second worst job I ever had was in the military. I was a nuclear electrician in the Navy. In nuclear power school, we were taught to "think, think, think"; on the ships we were told to "obey, obey, obey." And the pettiness, empire-building, and butt-kissing! Yeesh! |

I was working in a nursing home in a small town and they didn't care that nobody was certified....I didn't have any previous experiance and their pay was minimum wage/5.25 an hour....I was changing diapers on old people who had dimentia and other memory related problems getting screamed and yelled at and spit on and hit by elederly who didn't realize where they were or what was going on....some of them mobile enough to make it to the bathroom but just get to the door and spreak their butt cheeks and let the sh*t fly everywhere....needless to say I quit after a few months and moved away to a place where there were better jobs |

well i have a list of worst jobs...lol. I worked at wal-mart for the longest of times..that job sucked and to top that off my supervisor called me stupid and when i turned her in they turned it all around and tried to write me up for something that never happened so I walked. Then I worked for this school supply store...i hated it. My boss was a real b*tch and didn't do anything. There were only 7 of us working including my boss. We would do all the work why she did "paper work". And then there was Lowes. If you ever are in need of a job don't apply for a cashiering position at Lowes. I working my *ss off for them. I was nice to even the worst costomers and what did I get...a b*tchy supervisor who accused me of give her "EVIL LOOKS"..lol. But hey when she accused me of that i had just hurt my finger so it was in a splint..so i was literly flipping her off...that made the situation better. |
