I try to be nice every chance I have with people. I am a very giving person and very loving and I often do small things for my friends and family; random-no-special-occassion gifts, cards, flowers, etc... but one really big thing I did before for a friend was when she left her abusive husband... she had 3 little daughters at the time and was very poor financially. So, one day... I took her to Wal-Mart and we filled up 3 carts full of clothes, toys, books, groceries, household supplies, etc... for her and her 3 kids! Then afterwards, I took them out to dinner to Ryan's steakhouse.
Unfortunately, she never said "thank you", even though she made her daughter's say it... and she ended up later hurting me terribly...
I still don't regret what I did for her though. Her children needed and deserved clothes that didn't smell like urine and food that wasn't rotten. |

i had my knee operated( torn meniscas) last year , and i walked with a cane for months and walker . well, one day coming out of a grocerey store , i saw this elder limping a walking very slowly like she was in so much pain . i remembered my cane that i still had in the trunk of my car , went and got it and gave it to her . the smile she gave me stayed in me for days , to see her smile , was a million give to me . |

i visited new york about a year ago.i had rented a limo to go to a big party in a mansion. i saw a couple across the street. i overheard a conversation about how it was their anniversary. they were all dress up but when their limo arrived, they couldn't afford it . the woman began to cry. i went across the street and started chatting with them. it was their 15th aniversary. they showed pics of their daughters. i felt crushed. i told their limo cab to leave and when my limo got there i gave it to them. even though it was my birthday and the limo costed alot. |
