You should eat as normal, just brush your teeth well after eating.

Pudding. YUMMY JUICES.

ANYTHING SOFT !

morgantonnc
If you're not having pain, you can eat anything you want. Just stay away from hard foods like peanuts, ice cubes, day old pizza, etc... I'm sure your orthodontist went over the list with you. If you are having trouble eating solid food you could try:

soup
pudding
ice cream
apple sauce
baby food
yogurt
bananas
crackers
protein shake

noodles or liquids...first week with braces...tsk tsk, i imagine that's the closest thing to hell on earth i will ever experience. it hurts just to open your mouth.

rodswww
Your teeth might be sensitive to pressure and temperature....or not! Whatever you decide(common sense), I suggest small spoon/fork-fulls...and eat slooowly....just in case! ;D

Remember, your teeth will be great sooner than you think...and now-days its cool to have braces!

acinom:(
ice cream

barbie
try eating nefing u feel comfortable wid just brush ure teeth properly afterwards try avoiding noodles and chewing gum coz they will def get stuck lol
