Business days are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:00-4:30 pm. Anything ordered not during those times goes to the next business and that is when the shipping period should begin. So if you ordered something on a Saturday then it probably wasn't shipped until Monday morning or afternoon. If that is true really it could take until the next Monday to receive your parcel. Personally the best time to order something so you don't wait as long is to order on Monday morning that way it gets out quickly and you can enjoy it quicker. You also look at the order status of your product in order to see where it is in the shipping process. You should have a customer number or something of that nature where you can go to the website in which you ordered from and then check where your order is at. Business days are considered to be on Monday thru Friday. If you ordered on a Saturday you would start counting on Monday. So if you don't receive it by end of day on the next Monday check back online for the status of your order. Usually there is area online at the place you ordered your merchandise to show whether or not your item has been shipped and how it was shipped and you can get a tracking number. Give it a try if it is not in by Monday afternoon. |

Business days refers to Monday-Friday. You ordered it Saturday. It should have shipped anywhere from Tuesday to Friday. So I wouldn't expect to see it in your mail box until early next week. If you don't have it by Thursday or Friday of the coming week I'd contact the company. |
