Don't miss class, whatever you do. Take notes DURING class, and look at them after class. Make study guides for yourself before each test. (This will help you to remember the material better than just reading it)
And do every assignment. Don't be afraid to ask your teacher for help. |

Listen and participate in class. Take good notes, but don't be so consumed in them to miss what's being said. Sometimes just listening is more important.
Do your assignments as soon as you receive them (don't procrastinate). Find a "study buddy", a classmate who might be willing to help you with your studies.
Maybe consider meeting with your teachers to go over what they think you can do to improve your work in their classes. You'd be surprised how much they might be able to help. |

While studying is great but if your having problems ask your teachers for help, try special ed classes, call a homework help line tutors good luck and keep this positive attitude you will be fine |

Well a good memory would help with the studying. =)
Get lots of sleep (like the normal 9 hours every night)
eat right and exercise. Seriously, that crap helps.. LOL
Also try to figure out how to relate to the subject you are trying to study. If you can remember every riff to your favorite song, then try to remember the material like the lyrics of a song. or something along those lines.
like anyone in music would known 'Every good boy does fine'
which is the music notes on a treble clef. (E, G, B, D, F)

Well what you can do is you can make flash cards with all the things you need help with.I am 10(I just turned 10 yesterday) and I make flash cards.It really helps.Also you can maybe ask your mom or dad for help.If not maybe ask a brother or sister to help. |

well i know everyone has different study habits..but for me, the way i get good grades on test is believe it or not is to study at the last minute (i know alot of ppl wouldnt agree) but 4 me, if i study right b4 a test, the answer is fresh in my mind cuz i just looked at it. and also...when i hear things over and over again. so maybe like read the question 3 times, and then say the answer 3 times...it helps u to associate the answer with what u just read....that always works for me.. |

Tutoring in different subjects. Also I know some people that go over their notes after class. Also good time management helps to make sure you have ample time to get all your assignments done so you don't do a bangup job the night before. |

What works for me is just reading over the material a few times. I'm more of the type that remembers stuff that way, so it could be different for you. It is for a lot of people. |
