This is impossible to know without knowing what caused his deafness. Is it a genetic condition? (There are non-genetic reasons for hearing loss--if this is the case than your chances of having a deaf child are zilch.)
Even if his hearing loss is due to genetic factors, knowing, specifically, what genetic "deformity" he has will determine the odds that it could be passed on to your children.
Some genetic conditions are very rare, some are more common. Some can be passed only to male children, some only to female. Some require both parents to have the genetic condition to pass it on, some only one parent.
In other words, you can't answer this question without knowing the specific cause of his deafness.
Even then, you'll probably need to consult a genetic counselor to get the full scoop. |

80% because when there born there is a born child and your having another one and that child that is borned is making alot of noise you might become deaf and when you get that other baby she or he might become deaf because you are deaf. It's like genetincs. |

There is really no way to tell.
It can happen to anyone, but the risk is increased if it runs in your family.
Also, use of drugs and alcohol during pregnancy will increase the risk, but that's common sense. |
