i wanted to know the answer to that question too. I hate exercising except when it is on the exercise ball, but I do love walking outside. I don't know if there is a way to make exercisingh seem fun and not so boring. |

First, 3 x a week is enough. My motivation is simple-good gym with a good suna. Work hard and then enjoy the suna. Also, always remember that Summer is right on the corner and you can wear any clothes without much thinking, if you know what I mean. |

Put a pic of someone with the body you'd like on the wall. Think of youself and how sexy you feel in your new bod with all of those endorphines pumping through you. Vanity and sex are the strongest human motivations so if that doesn't do it and it is more of a health issue, that is more difficult. Maybe put some hear attack ekg's on the wall?? |

Its all willpower. I was struggling with this for a long time, until finally I just got fed up with myself. If you have it in you, it will just click one day, "I have to see this through". I took my tax money and bought a treadmill, so there are no more excuses. And I'll be damned if I'm going to invest in something like that and not use it. Just think about your long term health. I feel better every day, I watch what I eat, and when I eat, and the results are almost immediate. |

buy an eleptical machine. They tend to be pricey but you can get one through the want ad and it will be cheaper. |

I wish I knew a good way. Here's what's worked for me: Reading while biking. Music while running. Workout buddy. An activity that I really enjoy (sport: raquetball, climbing, martial arts). And keeping an exercise log (to show progress). Also, take a picture of yourself wearing the bare minimum, and every so often take another picture of yourself wearing the same thing, in the same pose, from the same distance. That might help you see results and get some encouragement.

Trick yourself into liking it. You can always walk on the treadmills at work. Or you can take a brisk walk after meals. |
