Firstly if you just did it they would only be able to sue you for the money
But the fact you have thought about doing it before hand makes it a criminal offence.
They would do you for Obtaining Money by Deception which is punishable by up to 10 years in prions. (The Theft Act 1968)

You would have to be careful which country you went to as most would be happy to have you extradited back to the UK if an international arrest warrant was issued. |

Well, you had better make sure you never want to return to the UK ever again. You could be charged with fraud, and gaining services by deception. I doubt very seriously that they would track you to another country and attempt to extradite you for a fraud under 10k. But you might also consider the fact that if you do that, there is a moral and ethical question here. And I really believe that if you do evil, the universe will find a way of getting even. |

borrow as much as you can. get more cards and use them to the limit. its only money and banks have ripped us off for too long. if you ever come back, deny all. they cant hang you for it . good luck.
personally i wouldnt do it because i would want a few million to be happy. a couple of thousand wouldnt do the job so i would prefer to stay with a clean bank record just in case |
