There isn't a cause that I would die for or fight for. I do not follow such an ideology or view of the world. I believe that the mentally unstable, and the psychologically unhealthy would fight and die for a cause. As for your links. They have many good points which I agree with and I have questions about 9-11 but I don't see how these questions are solid enough for me to die for or fight for anymore than I see the evidences put forth that terrorists attacked us or the Hussein had weapons of mass destruction as being strong enough for me to fight and to die for. When we allow ideology to blind us we become fools and we begin to be deceived by others and by ourselves.
As to what I would die for? I would die to defend myself, my family and my friends. I would defend my rights and the rights of my family but I wouldn't fight for that which has no direct impact on myself or my family. This is what makes me a patriot. A man who loves his family, and friends and who puts them ahead of ideology and of country. |

If not and you really practice what you preach and want to start doing the right thing and helping the world then why not join the military, my hubby joined for this reason, he thinks all men should have to be in our military at least a year of there life, we should all fight for our country..ya, family is of course a obvious answer for what we would die and fight for, really I would die for Jesus and my family that's about it... |

I dont believe in fighting. Fighting is for the stupid, the ignorant and the close-minded. My point of view makes enough sense that I dont need to fight my opponents. 9 times out of 10 I can win them over with evidence and proof. I am totally with you on your cause by the way Chris, but we dont need to fight for it to become reality. We have enough evidence for our case that anyone with half a brain will swing over to help us with it. Bush and the giant corporations have nothing but lies to hide behind. Slowly, by spreading the word as you and I are doing, we can overcome the lies and bring about change. We just need to convince the majority of people. in the beleife i had answerd this one. although you were mistaken i feel compeled to answer this post.
i would die because... i had reached that perticular time. i would fight for (and i dont mean phisicaly) for my right to see the good in the world. were bombarded with mind fluff TV, spoken to (and spoon fed nothing we can believe in) by our leaders and the news is full of doommongery reporting. I have a right to be happy and unafrade. I'll fight for that.
