My local feed store has the BEST customer service in the world. The check every receipt at the end of the day to be sure the addition was right and if they are even 12 cents off, they reimburse you the next time you come in! They go with you through the store, if you like, and help you find things. They let you take things to try them (halters, fencers, gloves, etc.) and if they don't work for you, you can return them to get your money back. They recommend the right types of wormer or chick feed or flea soap. They are truly the best place to shop in the world, the have a huge selection of plumbing, pet, wildlife, livestock, and gardening stuff. And they are lower in price than any place around. My feed store rocks! |
