You must have some idea if it is true or not. If it is a stranger you are being stalked. Next time you notice yourself being followed, go to a police station and ask them to check it out.

Don't panic. Try to be normal. Stay in populated areas.
Make a unique turn or two.
IF you determine you are being followed pull into a police station or fire station. Get help.
